Upper management is all for themselves, not supportive unless hey want something. Too much micromanaging. Pay is horrible, no raises in years. So between higher insurance premiums, higher copy's on medications, gas prices, etc. I bring home less than when I started. Look for a job everyday, there isn't a lot out there.
