Great pay, great industry, and always room to move up

None, the industry is hectic, at least XCEL managers will work with you on time you need off

Great Team and lots of potential. There is "some" openness to updating processes and workflows to align to 2025 standards. The team is expanding their footprint into new regions (lots of options for moving to new territories)

Business ebbs and flows making long term investment and planning impossible. Management structure is 95% former field assets who got promoted into management roles with no experience as managers (A LOT of 'we'll figure it out as we go') XCEL is a small company trying to swim in a big pond and there is a ton of nepotism and favoritism with a lot of positions. There is plenty of growth opportunities on the field side but virtually none outside of that.
