Thank you for taking the time to complete a review. When a contract ends, XLA makes every effort to place our employees on another contract. However, there must be an opening on another contract in order to do this. This is a standard practice for all federal contractors. There are very few companies that are able to keep people "on the bench" until another opening becomes available.
