Thank you for taking the time to write a review, and as an organization that prides itself on our commitment with employees, we are saddened to hear that you did not feel a connection to management or the company at large. While each agency that employees are assigned to have a central point of contact for the work site, we will continue to improve on the connection with our agency-based workforce and team building across all sites. With regards to raising a complaint or utilizing company benefit programs, the Human Resources department is always available to assist with a concern at the workplace, or to take advantage of our professional development benefit program. We communicate our internal process and company benefits to all new hires beginning from orientation, then again through onboarding, and throughout the year with both formal and informal communication.
