Pros
Benefits/Compensation are on the higher end for federal contractors in the DC Metro area. People are helpful, knowledgeable, and all around invested in team success both on-site and at the corporate office.
Cons
Some of the Project Managers are in it for themselves and not the benefit of either the company or the client and it leads to negative views on-site of XLA as a whole.
