Pros

The only pro I can come up with is for the new college graduates. If XPO is the first company you work for out of college, you will certainly appreciate companies in your future due to the bad experience at XPO. There are way too many great companies looking for good people to waste your time with a pressure cooker environment like XPO and their arrogance.

Cons

This company is absolutely the worst company I have worked for in my 25 years career. Culture is completely driven by Wall Street which make this company a pressure cooker to work for. Nothing is ever good enough and they push their managers to be nothing but micro-managers pushing their employees for unattainable results before their ramp up period is 1/2 over. People leave people, not companies. This is the case with XPO Logistics and always will be with their current upper management staff in place and with the arrogance of their Chairman, BJ.

Pros

mon-fri, great work life balance, awesome team to work with and assigned trucking.

Cons

unstable hours, management is decent but alot of errors while out in the field such as never knowing routes and assigning P/D that fall out of someone's consistent route but as a senior driver there it was wasnt all that bad

Pros

I have enjoyed my time with XPO and appreciate the opportunities the company has provided for both personal and professional growth. The team environment is supportive, and I've had the chance to build strong relationships with coworkers and customers over the years. One of the things I value most is that hard work and dedication are recognized. Every day brings new challenges, which keeps the job interesting and allows me to continue learning. Leadership encourages employees to find solutions and work together to provide excellent customer service. Like any large company, there are busy periods and opportunities for improvement, but overall, XPO offers a solid career path, competitive benefits, and the chance to make a real impact. If you're someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is willing to put in the effort, XPO can be a rewarding place to build a career.

Cons

The transportation industry is constantly changing, so employees need to be adaptable and able to handle shifting priorities. Workloads can be demanding at times, but the teamwork and customer relationships make it rewarding
