- Industry Leader in multiple logistics service offerings - Fast Paced and demanding but provides great work/life balance - Don't have to break through lots of red tape to make progress/change- if something can be done better- then take the lead and make it happen - Great brand recognition in the marketplace- led by strong market presence from the C-level executives - Great place for those that love to win!

Cons

- Five Year old company still developing many processes and procedures - Cohesiveness in bringing together 18 acquired companies- it takes time - Strategy to achieve the vision seems to change often, another product of young fast growing company

The transportation industry is constantly changing, so employees need to be adaptable and able to handle shifting priorities. Workloads can be demanding at times, but the teamwork and customer relationships make it rewarding
