Cons
I work in the expedited division and we deal exclusively with Amazon Fba logistics. Our job is to schedule trucks to pick up vendors products and drop off at amazon fba warehouse. The training was horrible. So horrible that even the manager tells us how bad it is. They expect you do learn the job and be as quick and as details as the 5-7 years veterans that's there. Help is nonexistent. I remember asking for help and the lead told me, to go figure it out. I also over heard a few workers speaking in Spanish saying, "don't train the new people because they will take our job". In Spanish. We are left on an island to fend for ourselves. The manager looks like he's in control but I can tell how stresses he is. He admits that he has no idea how to run his division to us. All he does is move people's desk and phones on a daily basis. He allows parents to bring in their children while working. So kids are literally running around playing tag and whatnot. Then when I bring my kid to work, I get in trouble. Manager is a. If bully. When he fires people he loves to make a big scene. He would walk up to the employee, ask them to get up and opens their drawers, makes a lot of noise by throwing all there stuff in the garbage. It's like he's sending a message to everyone in the office letting everyone know who's boss. It's so sad and quite funny because the leads and veterans all tell me how much they don't like and don't respect him. When the customers call us and complain about a missed pickup, we are told to tell them to blame amazon. Even though it was our mistake. Just blame Amazon. It's so sad lying to the vendors. All they want is for us to pick up their products. And we're here screwing around. We all laugh when and put the vendor on speaker phone while lying to them.
