Pros
I always receive feedback about my performance not just once a year. I am given challenges daily and opportunities to show my skills and polish them even more. I was taught that it’s ok to make a mistake and to never feel ashamed. When we make a mistake we are coached back positively and want to do right the 2nd time because of the encouragement we receive. I have a manager that promotes teamwork constantly, is available to all of us for any guidance, help or issues no matter what time of day. Training sessions are made fun and interactive and our thoughts and ideas for making processes better are always welcomed. Our manager believes in and encourages internal promotion and growth within our department and works to develop all of us to be the best we can be. Before I joined this department we very low on the scoreboard and there was no plans or anyone ambitious enough to make changes to that ranking. I decided to join this department when a new manager was brought in and these results were changing positively. Today and for a few good months now we are able to be proud of how far we’ve come and we continue to achieve our set goals and have come from very low on all scoreboards to achieving great success all because of someone with passion, ambition, courage to take risks, and someone that came with experience joined us. We’ve seen a lot of managers come and go in this spot. XPO got it right this time. God Bless
Cons
Compensation for hourly people is a lot lower then most places No vending services for such a large number of people even though we keep requesting it Not enough support for managers who deserve it and are burning out. Not enough discipline for under performers
