Fair pay, good benefits and nice office facilities, break room etc....

Cons

Micromanaging, constant lay offs, lots of gossip and drama in the office. The owner is usually having some sort of inappropriate personal relationship with a much younger employee. This is obvious and is a joke among everyone, even those that do not work at the company. People are hired based on looks at times especially for certain positions.

Pto is good to start at the start

Cons

You’re gonna wait at least 4 to 5 months for review. They pay low wages. Management will lie to your face. There is a lot of favoritism there. If you ask for things to get your job done, you will be waiting for at least 2 to 3 weeks. There is no real chance of growth there would not recommend.
