It's all in the title. Extremely senior management had no qualms at all about telling me that slavery was ok because "everyone did it." Almost ALL of my white co-workers would make horrific racist statements if no dark-skinned people were around. Although I headed straight for HR every time this happened, nothing was ever done about it other that to tell me "Xante does not tolerate that sort of behavior." Except that they do.

Zero integrity from management, toxic unnecessary office drama; being treated like dirt, being talked down to; stress of wondering when you'll be next to get let go; working for backwards thinking hypocrites; being a part of a culture that lacks any character or emotion; working in the most dreary, miserable office setting you could imagine; hurry up and wait project management; and busy work, lots and lots of busy work for no reason other than for management to make it look like you're doing something useful to higher management. It's a real-life Office Space nightmare full of narcissistic managers with big fake smiles and depressing drone-like office bees. On the surface it appears to be a good place to work, they'll convince you that it is, but as soon as you start they could literally care less about your happiness.
