      This is company is great to work for over all. Everyone is very nice and helpful. The pay is very nice as well.

      Work-life balance, okay benefits, and cemented impact on the community

      Cons

      Because the company has a bottom line, promotional paths aren't really a thing beyond individual contributor to manager. I don't know what the next level up would be besides that.
