      The company is not valuing current employees. It wants to be a progressive, innovative company but you are a utility in a semi-monopolistic environment.

      Work-life balance, okay benefits, and cemented impact on the community

      Cons

      Because the company has a bottom line, promotional paths aren't really a thing beyond individual contributor to manager. I don't know what the next level up would be besides that.
