Pros

People are good, they want to do a good job, assist others and help when needed to resolve an issue whether it be a question from executive or upper management leadership or a system problem.

Cons

Executive leadership has a hard time agreeing; therefore, decisions are made at a very slow pace The CFO's outlook is it doesn't matter how many hours you need to work to get something done - get it done as he wants it all now! Expectations are you work 24/7 and PTO days can be taken; however, you are on call. The Company is putting their staffs on a fast track to burnout The Company has some good ideas but are horrible at implementing them (e.g., SAP) The Company rather gather ideas from an outside consulting firm rather than listen to the employees and will rehire or consider rehiring those consultants that may have not done well for the Company. The Company has a hard time accepting and confessing to failure. The employees can all see it but leadership will sugar coat or side step the problems. Company is top heavy

Pros

Standard methods, cloud infrastructure, and reliance on in house staff over contractors makes it very easy to implement safe, fast, consistent changes. You will be valued as a human and you will have a voice within this company. You can make a career here. Your coworkers and immediate leadership are all talented and intelligent individuals who actually know how to do the same work you are doing.

Cons

AI rollout and unevenly applied hybrid work made things difficult for employees with disabilities and those that lived far from office who had traditionally worked remote or for tasks that do not lend themselves well to AI overhead
