Pros
Xcel offers very good benefits. They are constantly trying to find new ways to reward their employees for hard work through financial incentives and other rewards. If you get hired on to the company and are not hired as a contractor, you have very high job stability.
Cons
Since Xcel is such a large company you will probably be lost in the shuffle at times. Xcel is made up of several different operating companies which can make the work environment more difficult.
