      The company was proactive and had many ways to help interns learn about the company and get started. Competitive pay. The employees are very friendly and open to new ideas. I felt valued as an intern.

      Work-life balance, okay benefits, and cemented impact on the community

      Because the company has a bottom line, promotional paths aren't really a thing beyond individual contributor to manager. I don't know what the next level up would be besides that.
