      Pension, 401K, supportive leadership, are treated like a person and not a number

      Phone agents are used as low-wage gatekeepers to keep problems from reaching higher paid employees. There is a ton of training involved, and your performance is micromanaged down to the minute.

      Work-life balance, okay benefits, and cemented impact on the community

      Cons

      Because the company has a bottom line, promotional paths aren't really a thing beyond individual contributor to manager. I don't know what the next level up would be besides that.
