      The individuals who work at xcel energy do a great job working together.

      Cons

      Management team is constantly focusing on negatives. Minimal recognition unless a “chosen one”. All minor issues are treated like major problems. High stress, no sense of accomplishment

      Work-life balance, okay benefits, and cemented impact on the community

      Cons

      Because the company has a bottom line, promotional paths aren't really a thing beyond individual contributor to manager. I don't know what the next level up would be besides that.
