      Everyone is willing to take the time to help. Great benefits and employees are treated well.

      Cons

      The company is behind on current technologies. Still running 2 instances of SAP and was on Windows 7 until last year. They also struggle to hire young talent.

      Work-life balance, okay benefits, and cemented impact on the community

      Cons

      Because the company has a bottom line, promotional paths aren't really a thing beyond individual contributor to manager. I don't know what the next level up would be besides that.
