      Unstructured which means you get to take on the projects you find interesting and complete tasks that actually need to be done instead of projects being either intern-specific busy work or projects that seem cool but don't affect the business.

      Work-life balance, okay benefits, and cemented impact on the community

      Because the company has a bottom line, promotional paths aren't really a thing beyond individual contributor to manager. I don't know what the next level up would be besides that.
