      Lot's of opportunity to grow. If you're willing to take on challenges without much guidance this is a great job.

      Not nearly enough support. Expect 50+ hours a week if you want to do your job at mediocre level.

      Work-life balance, okay benefits, and cemented impact on the community

      Cons

      Because the company has a bottom line, promotional paths aren't really a thing beyond individual contributor to manager. I don't know what the next level up would be besides that.
