      Pension, 401k. Flexible wfh option.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive in majority of departments. No incentives. Benefits are not great. Leadership under Customer Care is not effective. Same people have been there for way too long. They hire and give raises based on who they like.

      Work-life balance, okay benefits, and cemented impact on the community

      Cons

      Because the company has a bottom line, promotional paths aren't really a thing beyond individual contributor to manager. I don't know what the next level up would be besides that.
