I largely joined the company based on what I uncovered while researching the company about its commitment to employees and the community. I'm pleased to report that it isn't just talk. They walk the walk. My Director is a fabulous leader. We have great quarterly performance discussions (with no ratings) and talk extensively about my career development. Everyone is truly encouraged to take VPTO and help out local nonprofits. I just led a project for Day of Service- amazing! Can't say enough good things!
Cons
When I joined, the company was a bit behind with some aspects of technology. I was surprised by that. But, COVID changed that. We leap-frogged ahead. Teams collaboration while working from home is working great. Several major tech programs underway to upgrade back-end systems, too.
