      Pros

      The company is great and pays well. They have a great vision and treat everyone well. There some difficult people although all companies have them.

      Cons

      Since it is an older company it's currently going through some transitions. As 20 year employees retire they are having to be replaced with new people who want to change the way old things were done. So some challenges come up

      Work-life balance, okay benefits, and cemented impact on the community

      Cons

      Because the company has a bottom line, promotional paths aren't really a thing beyond individual contributor to manager. I don't know what the next level up would be besides that.
