- The team mentality is amazing, every employee genuinely enjoys working here. My team is very flexible regarding working from home but I choose to come in because I enjoy seeing everyone. - The company takes diverse hiring practices very seriously and constantly works to improve the way we do business. This is the most diverse team I've worked with and also the most cohesive. - The company mission is to have 100% carbon free emissions by 2050, focusing on electric vehicle infrastructure and renewable energy. Helping work toward this goal truly gives you a sense of purpose working in this organization.

Cons

- Theres no skyway parking for the Minneapolis office.

Standard methods, cloud infrastructure, and reliance on in house staff over contractors makes it very easy to implement safe, fast, consistent changes. You will be valued as a human and you will have a voice within this company. You can make a career here. Your coworkers and immediate leadership are all talented and intelligent individuals who actually know how to do the same work you are doing.

Cons

AI rollout and unevenly applied hybrid work made things difficult for employees with disabilities and those that lived far from office who had traditionally worked remote or for tasks that do not lend themselves well to AI overhead
