      Cons

      Leadership is lacking experience. The union workforce is at times impossible to work with. Understaffed for the current economy in Colorado. Antiquated views on resource loading.

      Work-life balance, okay benefits, and cemented impact on the community

      Cons

      Because the company has a bottom line, promotional paths aren't really a thing beyond individual contributor to manager. I don't know what the next level up would be besides that.
