Pros

Working remote, benefits seemed good.

Cons

The training was sub par at best. There is an incredible amount of info on many subjects to "master". Very little time on each subject. Then it's to the phones, angry clients, systems that crash more than they operate and many ways to get into "trouble" for not being an expert on things you were not trained to do. Really stressful and the hourly pay did not make that level of stress worth it.

Pros

Work-life balance, okay benefits, and cemented impact on the community

Cons

Because the company has a bottom line, promotional paths aren't really a thing beyond individual contributor to manager. I don't know what the next level up would be besides that.
