      Even in a more entry level position I am included in important meetings. They make me feel valued They work with me to find what path I want to take in the company

      The PTO is a little confusing, but talk with to your manager to clear things up

      Work-life balance, okay benefits, and cemented impact on the community

      Cons

      Because the company has a bottom line, promotional paths aren't really a thing beyond individual contributor to manager. I don't know what the next level up would be besides that.
