Pros

-Supportive management and coworkers -Knowledgable senior engineers -Rewarding work.

Cons

- Field crews can be a handful to work with -No full-remote work; all engineering work can be done remotely yet people are required to come in 50% hybrid -Parking downtown is expensive -Downtown Minneapolis is no longer safe like pre-COVID, so parking free far away and walking to downtown office is no longer an option -Compensation is not competitive at all

Pros

Work-life balance, okay benefits, and cemented impact on the community

Cons

Because the company has a bottom line, promotional paths aren't really a thing beyond individual contributor to manager. I don't know what the next level up would be besides that.
