      Smart people, good team, get to be a part of clean energy future, pension after 3 years

      Cons

      Company is driven only by shareholder interests, still pretty old school in thinking, employer technology isn’t up to par, bonus is tied to customer satisfaction scores which doesn’t make any sense

      Work-life balance, okay benefits, and cemented impact on the community

      Cons

      Because the company has a bottom line, promotional paths aren't really a thing beyond individual contributor to manager. I don't know what the next level up would be besides that.
