      Lots of learning opportunities and great people who know what they are doing.

      Cons

      Management, directors, and above are ironically directionless. Projects and goals change almost weekly and work done to prepare for one thing is often moot when the new change happens. Questions asked rarely receive clear and educated answers, a lot of guessing and unclear responses.

      Work-life balance, okay benefits, and cemented impact on the community

      Cons

      Because the company has a bottom line, promotional paths aren't really a thing beyond individual contributor to manager. I don't know what the next level up would be besides that.
