      Consistent hours and pay. Provide personal protective equipment.

      Cons

      Toxic work environment. No room for growth. No diversity. For being a company that says they focus on safety very selective on where the choose to enforce. Good ole boys club. Racism.

      Work-life balance, okay benefits, and cemented impact on the community

      Cons

      Because the company has a bottom line, promotional paths aren't really a thing beyond individual contributor to manager. I don't know what the next level up would be besides that.
