      Stability, salary is competitive and bonus can be good

      Cons

      The decision to go to solar and wind only (carbon free) by 2050 is a horrible idea for both the company and the customers who ultimately have to pay for this!

      Work-life balance, okay benefits, and cemented impact on the community

      Cons

      Because the company has a bottom line, promotional paths aren't really a thing beyond individual contributor to manager. I don't know what the next level up would be besides that.
