Full time in a terrible economy, occasionally a decent workplace friendship can be built

Toxic office, Employees taught to report mistakes to managers instead of working as a team, Retaliation is taken against employees who complain, Racism and sexism is not addressed Employees with disabilities have to jump through hoops Very little WFH flexibility despite 95% of the work being remote with the other office or completed via email (mandatory email chains) Company prefers external hires to internal candidates ; internal candidates are offered far less pay than external hires Company is slow to replace positions, leaving people in stretch roles or dual managing more than one team for months
