Pros
Great PTO (4 weeks per year to do what you want with, doesn't distinguish between sick/holiday), ability to work from home is available though not encouraged. There are a lot of really nice people who work there. Colleagues feel like friends. Opportunities to wear a lot of hats if you're willing to work hard/long hours (or if you're able to hide doing a half-asked job) Cool opportunity to learn about business for short term
Cons
Unfortunately the bad outweighs the good here, and I would recommend you think hard about what you want out of a job here before accepting a role. This place can be great to get some basic experience working in something above a customer service role, and you can build your resume with that, but there's a very clear ceiling that drives most employees to leave within two years. The ones who don't leave get very very stuck. But the real reason I can't recommend this company is because I have witnessed some of the most disturbing professional behavior here. Fierce politics, blatant disrespect toward employees both publicly and behind closed doors, and manipulation of employees by management. This company is basically Game of Thrones, ChemPoint edition. The wage offered is not liveable for Seattle, let alone Bellevue, and top performers are given minimal raises and then bullied by their superiors when they ask for more. Except for the top 3rd of the company, who make a LOT more than they should. If you're going to go to this company, just know what you're walking into, be smart and careful. I have watched some very smart, hard-working, and capable people get smothered here, but those who jump ship go on to have better careers elsewhere.
