Pros
Top-notch people still remain (but primarily out of loyalty) Benefits still decent; but that is changing...
Cons
Since the acquisition of ACS; there is a general lack of respect for the employee (employees are treated like a number & viewed as a "cost" to the organization regardless of performance) "Finance-driven" organization - all important financial decisions are made centrally instead of trusting/empowering your program leadership to make the right decision for the customer & the organization Lack of accountability throughout the organization Incredibly top-heavy -- countless VP's with tiny spans of control which leads to micromanaging Ever changing direction = chaos Little recognition or career prospects for high performers (reward is simply more work)
