It is honestly the people. Very competive in the market and enjoy making a difference.

Cons

No real downsides. All major corporations have their redtape and cosntrictions, so you need to focus on what we can individcually impact.

Great employees, working from home can be a plus. First line managers and some middle managers provide good direction and support.

Cons

Senior management has little regard for first line employees. They provide no support. Raises are non existent. Little possible for promotions.
