      Pros

      Business Casual dress, bagel Fridays, some very nice people to work with. There is always a challenge to learn either new functionality or a new line of business for a new customer.

      Cons

      Micro-management from Management. Credentials to systems for a new employee can take up to four months. Not feeling appreciated for the hard work and long hours put in to the company. If we don't work a minimum of 9 - 10 hours per day, we are told that we don't put in the necessary hours.

      Pros

      You get a floating Holiday that you can use whenever you want + 10 HOLIDAYS that fall on very good dates throughout the year = 11 Holidays.

      Cons

      Depending on which department you work in, you may have to mandatorily work on those holidays if they do not have enough volunteers.
