Pros
Schedule flexibility, culture, development, growth opportunities. I’ve been with XIFIN’s OSB org for one year, it’s been a great experience for me! The team I work with is phenomenal, there is tons of room for growth and opportunity to shine. This company is doing great, management appreciates and encourages innovation! Could not ask for anything else!
Cons
Not really a con but there is room for more collaboration between the corporate/tech side of the business and us production people.
