Pros
A lot has changed in the company since I started over 2 years ago, and every change has been for the better. Management is much more open to employee feedback (which I think has made the biggest difference), a lot of people who weren’t a right fit for the culture were let go, and the entire atmosphere in the office made a complete 180. I was devoted to the company’s mission which is why I stuck around, and now that I’m seeing how far we’ve come, I’m glad I did.
Cons
The company went through a couple rough patches, largely due to a lack of communication between management and those of us on the ground. They’ve been making steady improvements and we’re starting to see the effects of these, but they still have a ways to go.
