Pros
When I first started on I wasn’t sure how long I would be staying with the company, but after 2 years I know for a fact that this is where I plan to stay. It’s a great company to establish your career because there’s plenty of opportunity to work your way up, and once you express your desires to management they’ll help set you on track to make them a reality.
Cons
I’ve noticed a real lack of synergy between the different departments that creates unnecessary issues.
