Pros
The managers here are phenomenal. They clearly know what they’re doing, and it makes working for XIFIN a breeze. I didn’t realize how much of an effect management has on the work environment until I left, but now I appreciate it so much more.
Cons
The turnaround on a lot of the work I did was tight. There was almost no margin for error.
