Pros
The company is growing, and growing quickly, so there's good opportunity to grow your career. There is never a shortage of work to be done, and many of the projects are ambitious and challenging. Many in the leadership team think strategically and consider carefully the benefits and impact of the decisions made. The facilities are nice and there are free bagels every Friday. Compensation is competitive and managers are appropriately flexible with employees. Health benefits are good. Overall a good company to work for. If you work well, you will be treated very well.
Cons
Due to security concerns, there are many rules and regulations to abide by, especially when it comes to access. This isn't necessarily bad, but it often leads to a drop in productivity. Some of these issues could be addressed, but there is resistance from some in power to make good progress on this. The parking lot is mostly for compact cars, door dings are inevitable. The company isn't very willing to allow employees to work from home. On occasion it may be ok, but for the most part, expect to be in the office if you're working that day.
