Pros
I’ve given countless years to other companies who didn’t appreciate my contributions and treated me like I was disposable, but that has never been the case at XIFIN. None of my work goes unappreciated, and every time I’ve gone above and beyond the responsibilities of my role, it’s been recognized and rewarded.
Cons
Management aren’t very buddy-buddy with anyone in the office. They’re not mean, but they also don’t come off as very approachable. At least they don’t play favorites.
