      Pros

      Soda machine, location, co-workers (non-management).

      Cons

      Management (or lack there of). Inexperienced people in management positions. The company is too political. They do not promote current employees within the company. No room for advancement. They make promises they don't keep.

      Pros

      You get a floating Holiday that you can use whenever you want + 10 HOLIDAYS that fall on very good dates throughout the year = 11 Holidays.

      Cons

      Depending on which department you work in, you may have to mandatorily work on those holidays if they do not have enough volunteers.
