There is absolutely no career path. XIFIN does NOT promote from within, and would prefer to hire from the outside for higher-salaried positions. Salaries are low. There is a stunning turnover percentage, and little to no meaningful training. This company does NOT invest in their staff, and the scariest part is that management does not seem to care. It is really unfortunate, because the company could be so much better, but instead they run the really smart and talented staff members right out of there. How? Fear and management by ambush! Do yourself a favor and pass this company up-- you will be glad you did!
