Pros
I've been employed at XIFIN for a little over five years now and find it to be a solid, well-run company. I wouldn't say the place is perfect but overall I am quite satisfied. I must say though that some of the more strongly negative reviews I've read here strike me as being off-base--some seem to have the same style and phrasing which suggests to me that more than one may have been written by the same (possibly disgruntled) former employee. I recommend XIFIN.
Cons
The only negatives I can offer is that there does seem to be a higher than average employee turnover in some of the more demanding departments. Also, XIFIN's products are superb--the best in the business. But it takes a lot of time and effort for users and employees to master them. This will problem will only become more acute as the health care industry continues to grow and become more complex. I see this as one of the biggest challenges XIFIN will need to overcome in the future.
