They have no idea what they are doing, and that's why mid-level management goes through a complete change every few months The company has changed significantly in a year and none of the tribal knowledge or key stakeholders were retained There is SIGNIFICANT Favoritism, schmoozing and bullying. You will only succeed if you praise the leadership and not express your opinion. Your actual contribution to the organization does not matter, they will use and throw employees who do not play the politics All the dead weight at the company is being protected by leadership for unknown reasons (maybe due to playing politics and kiss-ass behavior) The product is broken, and no one seems to care about anything other than the stock price. They will fire you after you complete your projects instead of promoting There is no company culture, all the culture is due to the employees at the ground level
