Pros

- Good benefits for full-time employees including free basic healthcare plan for the employee (upgrades available), medical "Benny" card to help pay for prescriptions and copays - For eligible direct-contact employees (including Direct Service Professionals), annual bonuses reward staff for specialized competencies such as Medication Administration certification. The company will train you for these competencies and then give you monetary rewards for using and re-certifying your knowledge each year. - Annual Staff Day celebration honors employees with lunch and monetary awards, including education scholarships and merit-based honor awards. If you're the type who goes above and beyond, people notice and encourage it with reward. - Can be flexible with your schedule if you have other responsibilities, such as college classes or family demands. - Frequent trainings, easily accessible resources, and helpful management ensure you can be confident about expectations and how to best perform. - Other companies refer to our training services, manuals, and information for teaching their employees

Cons

- Salaries in this field aren't the highest. Although you will be paid well within industry standards, you aren't likely to get rich quick.
