Pros
The organization aims to promote inclusion, individuality, and independence among individuals with disabilities. When everybody follows the policies and procedures, it is an excellent place to work. Great employee recognition programs and rewards for outstanding and long-term staff.
Cons
Since this industry is notoriously low-paying, some of the employees they hire are of questionable moral character. However, if your Regional Coordinator is on the ball, they will quickly be recognized and dismissed.
